Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SaaS Clienteling Platform

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research target accounts, identify key players, and initiate contact via phone, email, and social media.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify leads for transition to Account Executives.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and nurture sales pipelines across specific geographies and campaigns.

  • Inbound Lead Follow-Up: Engage with leads generated from marketing events and campaigns.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted lists, messaging strategies, and call plans.

Sales Development Representative

Customer Support Specialist

This position is remote, with preferred location in the Eastern United States time zone or Europe. It is initially a contract position with an opportunity to transition to full time if successful. 

 

​Qualifications:

  • You have 3-5 years experience working remotely in customer support or quality assurance

  • You know how to devise software test cases, perform functional, regression, integration, performance and acceptance testing better than you know your home address

  • You love fast a paced, agile development environment, and you thrive with changes

  • You like to put yourself in the shoes of the customer when working to find or resolve problems

  • You want to be part of something new, exciting and big

Responsibilities

  • Daily testing of user stories in our engineering backlog

  • Report and document test scenarios and edge cases, and investigate possible causes of problems; describe the steps to reproduce 

  • Document new test cases or procedures for future use in our test documentation

  • Assist customer success managers and sales account managers with customer questions

  • Test and reproduce bugs filed by customers in our support portal; document the steps to reproduce in the engineering backlog

  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering 

  • Learn every aspect of the features and performance of the BSPK IOS app and cloud

  • Participate in daily standup meeting

Additional requirements

  • Understanding of common integration patterns, like REST API, batch file exchange, etc.

  • Experience with retail POS, e-commerce or CRM systems like Shopify, Salesforce, Y2, etc.

  • Articulate and succinct in their communication 

  • Familiar with engineering management processes and tools

  • An engineering / technical background or related training preferred

  • Project management training (e.g. Scrum or Agile) is a plus

  • Proficiency in English and French are strong plus

Customer Support Specialist
Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager

BSPK is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our global team.

 

Your Mission:

  • Develop a network of premium and luxury brand partners for BSPK

  • Scout & curate the right network of brand prospects

  • Schedule meetings and conduct sales prospecting calls

  • Prepare the business pitch​

  • Convert prospects and support their onboarding

  • Build trusted business relationships with brand prospects

  • Evaluate and present opportunities to growth and further development  

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales support teams at BSPK to ensure the success of brand collaborations

 

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding sales communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and relationship follow-up management skills

  • Ability to persuade and inspire

  • Strong network of up-and-coming or established premium and luxury brands 

  • Understanding of the stages of building customer relationships and the sales process

  • Proven track record of developing a network

  • Passion for realm of luxury and fashion

Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer 

BSPK is looking for a talented Solutions Engineer professional to join our global team.

 

Your Mission:

  • Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives 

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs 

  • Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions

  • Working closely with product and engineering team to ensure solution is compatible with platform architecture 

  • Drafting and delivering presentations on proposed solutions, including time and scope

  • Working alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives 

  • Accounting for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges 

  • Providing post-sales follow-ups 

  • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations 

  • Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries

Qualifications: 

  • High-level communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to architect big-picture software solutions 

  • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Sales experience 

  • Project management skills

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

  • Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security 

  • Experience with retail POS solutions (Y2, ...) is a plus
